JvPSquared presents...

Post by Jay »

I thought I post a song I recently recorded in my home 'studio' and mixed and panned with the advice from you guys as presented in the 'Mixing and Panning' thread.

Thanks to Foal, Oleg and Slowy for their constructive feedback during the recording process. Thanks to all who contributed to the Mixing and Panning thread too. I hope I did it right :D, if not please let me know where I can make improvements.

Here it is, warts and all as they say.

When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.

I see you ignored all my constructive feedback...
And the song is much the better for it. :shifty:

Well done Sir!
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

No others to comment on my mixing, panning, mastering? Rather spent time in the petrol thread or TM thread?

Or should I put a poll up something like a two bit truth table?

1 lousy song, lousy mix
2 lousy song, good mix
3 song okay, lousy mix
4 song okay, good mix

I got a thick skin, I can handle what you throw at me
