After some discussion with the builder, he said he may have under valued the HT fuse at 125Ma so suggested I put in a 250Ma and its been working flawlessly ever since.
Appears it might just be a case of the wrong fuse!
Amd man it sounds good! Now just need to get an attenuator so I can enjoy the tones when I play on a Sunday at church as well.
