Always wondered about a multi channel PA mixer head for a guitar amp with treble, bass, reverb on each channel so I could set up each one for different guitars/pedals.
Anybody doing this? What have you got for the head and cab, show images of setup?

I bought a speaker off a guy who did this. Tele > yorkville powered mixer > speakers. Sounded surprisingly good ( cleans only obviously )

Re: PA mixer head for guitar amp
I have seen or rather heard some very nice cleans with this, figured with a Les Paul and a Tele being so different would be cool just to have a channel for each set up ready to go with or without separate pedals.

Re: PA mixer head for guitar amp
If you're using AIAB or preamp type pedals it should work great (basically acting as a power amp). Regular distortion or fuzz pedals could be a bit tricky, since the EQ controls on a PA mixer would be quite different to guitar amp tonestacks.
