4x12 cab handles in NZ?
Howdy guys,
My 4x12 hasn't had a handle on one side for a long time. It's a Marshall 1960A cab and it's one of the plastic recessed jobs with the cylindrical handle.
Is there anywhere to obtain this part in NZ that you know of?

Yup. Go to your nearest Rockshop. They'll get one for you within a matter of days.

I bought a pair from the Marshall site as I'm 100k from Rockshop. Arrived in double-quick time and was as cheap as chips. Plastic felt cheap too though to be fair.

Its funny, the handle assembly in my Mode Four cab feels "cheaper", like its all plastic, no rotating bit, etc, but it feels so damn solid its probably a better design

jaycar used to sell metal ones that were almost a perfect size, tiny bit of jigsaw action and bobs your uncle. No more shitty plastic handles
Sadly it looks like they no longer do, so sucks....

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

I just bought 2 of these, only $6.87 each - not spring loaded, but surface mount so no need to cut holes.

If you ever want to sell the cab, PM directly. I only buy Mode Four amps/cabs and have a wall of them that always needs more. As Yngwie says, more is more.sirvill wrote:Its funny, the handle assembly in my Mode Four cab feels "cheaper", like its all plastic, no rotating bit, etc, but it feels so damn solid its probably a better design
