For me, even though I've never had one, it's Marshall. The roar of a JTM45 is the sound of rock and roll to me. Not like heavy distortion, but big powerful overdrive. Hugely impractical amp for me though, hence why I have a 15 watt Laney, which at leasth has something Marshally about it.

Splawn & Rivera, because none of the amps from them I've ever played has ever sounded less than fantastic. They fit that niche between retail and boutiquey stuff quite nicely.

That being said, I've enjoyed more recently Mesa's (Mark V, Stiletto) than I expected to.

Vox (although I've never owned one per se). :|

My 18W Ceriatone with the EF86 channel gave me a love for the old school AC15 tones.

Would be happy with a handwired Vox, or similar boutique copy (Morgan, etc) or another Ceriatone.
Nothing to see here.

The classic 30 gets a lot of love. Was the classic 50 just a dud?

I had a 410 classic 50.
It hated pedals and was either too scooped or too harsh. Weird as.
