Hah! So you've found a 15 watt 6V6 amp you don't own already?GrantB wrote:Looking for someone with a Dr Z Cure to have a convo with. Anyone out there? Ta
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Always kinda wanted a Dr Z amp; Maz 18, Z-Wreck.
Doubt it will ever happen.

Seems like the Cure is not so easy to pro-Cure....well, in 230V guise. Might have to get a 110V and have the transformer rewound. Not sure why the idea of a stepdown is so annoying to me....

Because you're an intelligent man.GrantB wrote: Not sure why the idea of a stepdown is so annoying to me....
In NZ, 110 is a pariah. You'd better love it because no local will thank you for it. And you'd better have a good network if you ever want to move it because TM won't touch you.
Doesn't matter how cool the gear, over here it's just wrong; and perceived as inconvenient.
Cool amp btw!
