Which to boost?

Post by Bg »

The laney I'm currently using has pull-out switches for treble boost, mid boost and bass boost as well as a pull-out switch to add in an extra gain stage (kind of like a dirty channel). So far the dirty boost is footswitchable as well as the reverb... I've just chucked another socket in the chassis so which should I make footswitchable? mid/bass/treble? Or all three
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

If I were you I'd throw it away and go solid state. Matter of fact I've got a nice Microcube that'd suit your style.

What happens if you boost bass, mid, and treble ? Everything louder than everything else ?

A nice collection of Laney's starting to form there I see. Did you get rid of the 3 Bassman clones.
