You reckon the warratahs play the interislander song live? We played a half arsed cover of it last time we played on the interislander..
Cool, were Wayne's kids playing with him at the time?

Haha, did any of the ferry passengers get the joke/irony of the situation?

The Warratahs do play the Interislander when playing gigs. They are good time...and even after all these years still seem to have most but not all of the original members

Hi Sydknee!

I see you're in Oamaru - you don't have anything to do with the Penguin Club by any chance? We recently had a road trip of 40 drunken muso's on a bus from the Dunedin Muso's club to visit you guys - it was awesome. And the music wasn't bad either :)

Yep I'm a member of the club. ..and I seem to remember the Dunedin visit...a little ill in the morning...must have been a bad batch of beer or something like that :o ...the club was packed that night...and a very enjoyable time was had...Friday night is always jam night..sometimes a little sparse but mostly a good crowd in and it can hum along quite nicely...we are quite proud of our wee club here

Hehehe my head was sore the next day for some strange reason. There must have been a batch of bad pints. :)

We couldn't believe the spread - Fish & Chips and pizza for 40. Mind you I think some of us drank more than their own bodyweight in return. I do seem to recall the bar running out of a number of beverages, so I suspect the Penguin Club did ok out of it too. All good. :D

Wow. Another dodgy fender seller on TradeMe? When will folks learn that the best strats are the ones that haven't reached the Fender factory yet from AllParts in Japan. Seriously, check out RealTone: http://www.guitarparts.co.nz

Yeah you can delete those messages BG, I found out from a friend that it's Cenmob and his son (fenderpartsman) and they're good dudes.

Now onto the next trader. that one looks Jewish! And that one's a coon! Who let all this riff-raff into the room? There's one smoking a joint! And that one's got spots! If I had my way, I'd have all of you shot.........

I wouldn't touch that Zakk Wylde with a barge pole, I saw some VERY similar ones on Ebay recently which promised to bring you beauty and good fortune etc =/

Check out this bad boy! http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... 337&v=List
