Re: What are you gassing for?
A dual pedal with od and fuzz would be cool, especially if you can switch the order

That would be cool if it was foot switchable.
Lots of combos with OD, FZ, OD->FZ, FZ-> OD, and the all important Neither setting.
They keep telling me tone is in the fingers, but I have yet to see a "look at my fingers" thread.

I quite like order switching too - it's not too hard either

Nice! You'll have to have a go with my Acapulco gold, sunn model T Poweramp being driven hard in a pedal! It's bonkers, one knob for output volume! Brings the doom!Kris wrote:black forest is more a distortion but this popped into mind as soon as you said that:jeremyb wrote:A dual pedal with od and fuzz would be cool, especially if you can switch the order

Mmmm dunno if I have room for a rat as well!!! My massive board expansion had taken on a life of its own already!Kris wrote:yeah that one if been curious to try, tony pep's made a bunch of clones.Although in all reality you need to pair it with a rat for THAT sound:)jeremyb wrote:Nice! Re: What are you gassing for?
I saw the pep clones too late, that run was sold out already. Would've been cool to try. Hopefully he'll do another run.Kris wrote:yeah that one if been curious to try, tony pep's made a bunch of clones.Although in all reality you need to pair it with a rat for THAT sound:)jeremyb wrote:Nice! It's a really basic circuit, but I like supporting the original manufacturers when I can

same, but often if i cant buy a pedal its down to cost so thats why i seek out a clone.A bit like the EQD sea machine-tried tony's clone and decided it wasnt quite for me.Would have been an expensive appraisal if i went the OG routejeremyb wrote:It's a really basic circuit, but I like supporting the original manufacturers when I can
