no Jb has the HD500-prob not related at all but had lots of input clipping probs so that where the tweeter may have popped.

Nah it's been absolutely fine up until about a week ago, just suddenly started happening, not doing anything different, volume never goes past half way :(

Well... my rattle issue got worse and worse, so I took it back to the rockshop, 3 weeks on now and the distributor still hasn't looked at it... FFS... just lucky we haven't got any gigs on the go at the moment!!!!!!!! Apparently they're going to be checking it on tuesday.... from my reading of the line6 forums theres a known issue with the fan that causes the rattle and it just needs replacing.... urgh.
