Simplicity, and I never used the trem or reverb in the C1 :)

I have an AC15C1X - alnico blue, also upgraded reverb tank. Mint condition. It's down at the beach, was going to bring it back at Easter and put it on trademe next week. Only issue would be shipping.

Thanks Conway, shipping might be a sod and I'm raising funds currently, but PM me with the price you have in mind... I might have something you'd be interested in as part trade too. You never know, you know? :)

It would need to be blue... so if it is not currently, get out your paintbrush before taking a photo.

Let me see... Well, I've always loved the Vox AC sound. Played live once through a friends one, and I enjoyed it... that was a Greenback version however. Also I kinda want a second amp to pair with my 18w Plexi for stereo self indulgence. And I really want to have a decent hoon on an alnico blue. So thems the reasons... :)

Checkout Mainfreight depot to depot pricing it's usually pretty reasonable. Soldano 2x12 was about $60 Wellington to Auckland.
Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Get two and another 18 watter and go quadraphonic :D (Western Springs Pink Floyd were quadraphonic. It was amazing)

Yes the reverb in the cc1 and c1 is truely dreadful. The trem I like a lot.

The trem in my C1 died, wasn't even using it and when I went to sell it I found it wasn't going... Steve Bartlett found the issue and fixed for me, burnt out resistor...
