Ha! In all honestly it makes me face palm a tad.
Just shows me there are certain sounds I quite like but can't always justify keeping around...Vox I'm looking at you.

Bought one SG and one Fender Deluxe Reverb...haven't gone anywhere :D

If it were just amps and guitars:
Bogner Mojado x2
Bogner Alchemist x2
DRRI x2
PRRI x2
AC15 x3
AC30 x2
Bassman Duo 10 x2
Bogner Shiva x2
HRD x3

Doozy Caribou x2
Suhr Classic Pro x5
Suhr T x3
Vox Virage x2
Fender CS '54 Strat x2
Fender Strats x15 (at least)
Fender Aerodyne strats x4
US Teles x7
G&L ASAT x6
Jags x4
JMs x2
Reverends x4 (models I've owned more than once)
Fernandes Strats (1980s) x3
Peavey JD Teles x2
Peavey HP Special x2
Suhr Custom s x2

Then there's the pedals...I'd conservatively estimate maybe 50+ multi-owns? 7 Timelines and 4 BigSkys in there, 4 Flints, 6 H9s...maybe 10 Hotcakes over the years? At least 10 variants of Eternity (not all doubleups...)

This has given me a headache

I've had a few things on repeat

- 2 x hotcakes, which i think about in retrospect, weren't suited to my sound at the time
- 4x SG's, albeit different modesl (Special x 2, '61 RI, GT)
- 3 x DS-1's. First one eventually died, second one i tinkered with and didn't like the sound, 3rd was just too cheap ($25) not to buy.
- 2 x Jazzmasters. First one was standard, but with Mustang bridge. In retrospect, it was the better one. 2nd was routed for humbuckers and a stop-tail bridge, but it sounded like my SG's.

Only thing I've never doubled up on is amps, mainly becuase i think they sound different. Though interestingly, I ran my Quick Rod against one in Ryan's shop a few years back, with the same EQ and cab and my one was distinctly ballsier sounding in the upper mids. Smoother too. They even had the same tube brands in them.

I've had three telecasters over the years (Squire, Fender, Partscaster), a couple of strats (Peavey, Fender)...

That's it, everything else was one offs. Guess I'm not as afflicted as you lot :P

7x Mudhoneys. Although in reality it was probably more like 3 distinct pedals doing the boomerang.

DS-1 x 4
GE-7 x 5 (most useful pedal EVER)
FS-6 / FS-7 x 4
Tech 21 Blonde x 2
TC Polytune x 2
Hotcake x 2
G2D Custom OD x 2
Fulltone OCD x 3 (3 versions)
SM-57 / 58 x LOTS
Marshall 6100 x 2
Mesa 2x12 Recto cab x 2
Music Man EVH/Axis x 2
Takamine P5NC / TAN46 (same guitar - different model name) x 2
TC G-System x 2 (idiot. I frikken HATE this thing now)
Ibanez RG-570 (same guitar twice)
Fender CS 60 NOS Strat (same guitar twice)
Les Paul Standard x 2

The above are all model duplicates or NEAR duplicates. (i.e. the Music Man EVH and Axis are subtly different, but to all intents and purposes the same guitar).

I'm not sure I could count different versions of Strat / Tele / whatever as the same gear. If so, then I'd have PLENTY more to add....
"Volume is tone" - EVH

Electrics: ESP/Fender/Gibson/.strandberg*/Godin/Washburn/Music Man/Knaggs/Squier/Vintage
Acoustic: Cole Clark/Godin/Takamine/Taylor
Amps: BOSS Katana Head / Friedman Smallbox

GE-7 x 5 (most useful pedal EVER)
Hey Matt, would Boss ever consider making a "GE-500"? basically take the MXR-180 full 10 band eq+vol+gain and put it in the new chasis with presets and midi. Would be more user friendly than the GE-20.

That would be the Ta-Tas and i'd buy one in a heart beat. The most useful pedal made more useful?

It's hard to know what is being cooked up in the R&D department at any given time - but I'd be very doubtful. The GE-20 sold very poorly and there is likely little motivation to develop a new multi-format EQ. Who knows though. Stranger things have happened....

I reckon a new compact sized EQ with MIDI presets would be pretty awesome.

Darn. Sounds like i'll have to get super famous and get them to make one.

There is the Source Audio Programmable EQ but it's missing the low 30hz ish freq control. Not the end of the world but it's nice for down tuning and bass tweaking
