Its not really an attenuator is it. It loads four amp, takes a Di of it, and then reamps it at a lower volume with the inbuilt amp.Mini Forklift Ⓥ wrote:Saw Dan & Mick using it on an episode of 'That Pedal Show'. Looks an awesome piece of kit, I liked the fact that you can use it with a lower wattage amp to make it louder as well as obviously using it as an attenuator.Dharmajester wrote:Speaking as another old codger. It's also useful in other capacities

No more your re amper, but it does it very well. Wouldn't handle Slowy's 160 gargantuan watts unfortunately but does a fine job with a 100 and a quad.AiRdAd wrote:Its not really an attenuator is it. Ah, sorry.GrantB wrote:Amp?Slowy wrote:160GrantB wrote:What wattage is this thing again?
Either runs two 6L6 or two 6DZ7 which is the 'same' as four EL84s. So probably around 30 watts? It's way more aggressive with the 6DZ7s
