These boosts are just un-adjustable EQ's with really severe bass cut. The Grind is a HPF at 1KHz, 3db/octave. Not sure about the exact frequency response of the 33.

The 33 is stupidly expensive, going for $500+ USD on reverb and even more on fleabay!
