Do we guitarists only want one choice of pedal for board? I didn't think so. Otherwise, cool!

I like the design, and it sounds really practical. But nope. Replacing my pedal collection is not a viable solution to whatever problems I have with it. I think I'd be more likely to go digital... and that is not very likely.

I'm looking at it on my phone, and I can't see what problem it's supposed to solve?

Something about soldering cables? You don't have to do that.

Purchasing an adapter for non nexi pedals so that they fit on the nexi board... it's just a patch cable and power cable bundled together.

Splash proof? I've played in a puddle and had beer spilled on the board... it was annoying but nothing bad happened.

I don't get it.

Yeah, weird product. Not seeing the appeal. If I wanted an AIO unit with one companies' effects, I'd get one of the many multi-effects products

Cool. When you have a bunch of sound and power cables something is always unplugged or on the blink. You have no sound. You think maybe it's your amp. You don't have the time and space to fix it. If this product is good, then no more of that.

A beer proof multi FX board. Probably appeals to OCD types. Both get brownie points.
But '4 years in a cave' made these guys lose the plot. If I want to beer proof my board, I'll cover it in Glad Wrap.
Just don't see it.
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

I like the glad wrap idea. It will also prevent you from accidentally dialing stuff and intentionally increase the volume when you think you're not loud enough with the drums. Haha

yes that is pretty much me. I love the idea of everything on a board looking pretty much the same...mind you I don't really use pedals so I won't be buying

I think the modular thing has potential, especially where signal and power is concerned. But it needs to be with any brand pedal. So something between what Temple Audio are doing and this, is the ultimate board if you like to change things around.

So, you stick your Strymon Flint to a base that has power and audio signal connected up, lock that base into the board, ready to go.

I'd argue it is less modular.

Module: Pedal board
Available in wide array of module sizes from multiple vendors

Module: Pedal
Available in different module sizes from multiple vendors

Module: Cable
Available in different lengths from multiple vendors

Compatibility of modules: Excellent, especially considering number of variations and vendors

Need for highly restrictive board module which requires adapters purchased from a single vendor: Dubious

Yeah nah, might as well just buy a multi effects unit instead...

That was my view - using proprietary pedals the killer.
