Re: Fractal FM3
I really enjoy my axefx3.
The FM3 would be amazing for gigs.
Would prefer a 6 button version.
I'm on the wait list for the FC6.
I don't mind taking the rack to and from church

Re: Fractal FM3
Death knell for the AX8? Needs more footswitches IMHO!

Re: Fractal FM3
The UI is obviously much improved, and it's compatible with the FC6 and 12 so you can expand as much as you need. I'm not compelled just yet to abandon my AX8, I doubt if the sound quality is that much of an upgrade atm.
Loving it so far

I never program my AX8 on the go anyway (since I could never figure out how ) and it still sounds well and good to me.
The only thing I might miss if I were more of a power user is more processing power for dual amp stuff or more intense effects use.

Re: Fractal FM3
And I just got my AX8 board ready for gigging too
I like the look of the FM3. It won't replace my AX8 but it's cool. I'm also kinda glad it is fairly different so that I don't feel compelled to upgrade.
I can see a place for this on heaps of pedalboards.
