This is a cool story, glad it's worked out. You at the point where when he hits a bum note you can say "you're fired! nah, just joking"?

arh ya know, maybe half a bum note, then fired... it would only be fair on my stress levels .. a full bum note would be to kind and encouraging :crazy:
