Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

I am officially prick of the week !!!
Kids have switched the wah pedal on and I hadn't noticed, it was about midway so wasn't too extreme. Now the pickups sound fuckin awesome, a cross between a bucker and a P90.
I was running through an A/B switch to the amps so it was in the circuit for both of them, I plugged the guitar in again just now straight into the front of the Orange and suddenly realised what I had done.

I've done the leave the Wah on and not realise thing.... "Why the fuck is it so trebly....". I didn't go ordering new pickups straight away though
