Fixing up my brothers trusty old 80s mij Fernandes Strat.
What does everyone think of this for a drop in pickup upgrade?

Just wondering if this is a hss combo that will work.
My brother likes to make a bit of new noise but also likes his classic rock.

is his strat routed for a humbucker in the bridge? I once wired up a loaded strat pickguard with a humbucker in the bridge... went to install it... and forgot that the body was only routed for a single coil in the bridge! duh!!!!

Or does anyone here have mid and bridge pup that would match a sd ssl-1 neck?
