EMG Hz
Would they be any good in my Jackson V??
The stock pickups are kinda muddy....but that's comparing them to my Tokai's Pearly Gates...
Better output?? How much are they worth??

1. Yes. The JS series stock pickups are utter bullshit.
2. They'll sound better, but not as good as proper EMGs.
3. Higher output, better chunk, meatier sound. Will still be slightly muddy in the low end compared to an 81.
4. They're worth whatever getting a better sound out of your guitar is to you... Personally i would not pay much more than say $150 max for a set.

I was once told, along with all my workmates, that it had been a really good year for the company and we were all going to get a 5% pay rise. Someone piped up and said "Great, 5%... 5% of f**k all is still f**k all".rocklander wrote:my last pay riseDanger Mouse wrote:But what is half of nothing?bluesgeek wrote:or halve it....
Later that year I got a transfer to a different department on my request and had a letter waiting for me one morning, after it had all been agreed. One of the guys I was working with joked that it was a letter informing that I was getting a pay cut. We both had a good chuckle, I opened it and it was a letter informing me that I was getting a pay cut...
Damn that was a crap company.
(I digress, again).
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.
