I never realised Chet Atkins played the guitar version of this tune. I bought my Dad a Chet Atkins album for xmas today. Dad tried to get me to learn a song called Country Gentlemen by Chet last Xmas, and I got it under my fingers, but never got it up to speed, before I got pissed off with it

This is an oldie but just in case you missed it. A homage to the Pixar lamp.

Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Bloody love this one. I always get the faint feeling that Mumford & sons are trying to copy this... unsuccessfully.

This has been tickling my funny bone recently: I love Joe Walsh, but these lyrics . . . perhaps some of the older members of the forum can relate?
For me there's just something endearing about it though - perhaps a "so bad it's good" quality.

I love Phil Keaggy, he's the most unlikely looking shredder, but while he's certainly got some tasteful chops, he can rip up a fretboard when he wants to.
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.
