I'm not sure if this is the right forum but... here goes...
20-odd people from my company went to PyCon (conference for Python nerds) in Dunedin this past weekend. Here's a talk that may be of interest for those to whom the subject line applies! https://nzpug.org/schedule/presentation/140/
I have one of these and may one day get off my bottom and experiment with it a bit... maybe. In the meantime, if anyone is keen to do this I'd love to hear about it!

This fills me with anxiety.... I have to learn Python ahead of the next school year. I'm not a programming teacher by any stretch of the imagination but since we don't have one anymore, it's going to fall to me.

Whatever you do don't take Scott's lead on 'Python' - you'll get defrocked.Molly wrote:This fills me with anxiety.... I have to learn Python ahead of the next school year. I'm not a programming teacher by any stretch of the imagination but since we don't have one anymore, it's going to fall to me.
Or whatever the teaching equivalent is.
