I think the Ramones just took this and just sped it up a bit, to put together their first 10 albums!

Considering the Ramones first album came out in 1976, they did well to mimic that song from 1979.

I think the D4s version of Guitar Wolfs 'Invader ace' surpasses the original (and the original kicks arse!) and on a more traditional note, SRVs version of Little wing is a fav.

I know that "Wanted Man" is not really a Johnny Cash song, but his is quite the famous version. But I think it's totally shit (it doesn't really go with the lyrics)

Nick Cave did a MUCH better version, catching the desperate bravado that's in the lyrics. And I love the drumming.
