guitar port

Post by johnny mullet »

Howdy dudes.
First post, looks like a great site. I've been noodling around with a line 6 Guitar port I think it might be version 2 cos all the amps, speakers don't have the names they are s'posed to mimmick. A legal thing I figure. How do I find out what brands they're s'posed to be. Dumb idea because it doesn't help me know which set up to buy after discovering the sound I like. Think about it Mr Marshall, Mr Peavey and co.

Each patch name should allude to the amp being modelled. Of course it's not that easy to decipher unless you know a fair bit about amps. Here’s a page that should help: http://line6.com/guitarport/amps.html

Didn't know til we were there but they were supported by D4 and The Rock and Roll Machine. $27 a ticket, cheap as Chips.
