In a copy of a famous UK experiment, and I can't remember the year (mid '80s) but a Political Science student at Canterbury Uni did the Cathedral Square speakers corner thing and pretty much quoted Mein Kampf to varying degrees of Encouragment.
The perception of where information comes from being more important than what that information contains is a grave problem for both critical thinking and general intellectual faculty in all the Western Democracies.
It's also readily apparent that 'moderates' from either side of the Centre divide are amongst the worst sufferers of this condition.

By the way, listened to Perfection Kills. Don't like his tone as much as earlier recordings. Sounds like he's overloading the mics.
Think we're overdue a Gearfest.
Yeah, quite a few of them and some are better than others. This guy sits somewhere in that middle ground IMHO, not in the same league as Sayce anyway.
I still quite like Dan’s new album but I know what you mean, definitely some clipping on there. Chris Duarte had the same thing happening on his first album and that was supposedly intentional, so may also be the case here. I did read that it was his first time self-producing this album so maybe that’s why it sounds a bit different. I don’t actually care too much for his tone, sounds pretty thin to my ears. Quite like the way he structures his songs though - Mayday is annoyingly catchy.
man that out of phase position soloing is painful on the ears. Sounds like a cat screeching
Band has a cool vibe though
Yeah.. Whole thing sounds glassy. Didn't help that it was just an outdoor gig someone recorded and that I was listening on cheap headphones but I too found it painful.
Man this takes me right back to my teenage years, I had this on VHS (recorded from the TV) and I pretty much wore it out. Some classic Brian May here, must have been hard for him too as it was only a year after Freddie passed. And Cozy... magnificent.
