Haha, that was probably my worst half rendition of Eruption... Hamo, sneaky bugger!
I just did a big pic dump (hah) here: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set= ... 660&type=1
Too lazy to embed them all here, there are about 100 pics, so check 'em out on FB, and post your picks in the thread if you like.

Ha, sorry man, I thought I took two vids, one of the room and one of you, but it looks like it recorded them together.

apologies to all for the noise at the start of the vidhamo wrote:Ha, sorry man, I thought I took two vids, one of the room and one of you, but it looks like it recorded them together.
im surprised at how well the mic handled that volume
Hurdy Gurdy.... some how... and I'm not entirely certain how mind you, an instrument that sounds like someone has shoved a nest of angry hornets into a goose with a kazoo bill and is randomly slapping the poor creature with an accordion.... Sounds amazing.

The EVH cabs have them which is a glowing endorsement I reckon.Capt. Black wrote:Aren't they just great speakers? They make any amp sound awesome I reckon,TmcB wrote:2 G12H30'sIronbird13 wrote:hey Tony, what speakers are in your 2x12 that was under your Marshall?

So good! I'm glad I switched out the V30 for another G12H30 in that cab. Just rocks like nothing else.
It's quite crazy that with the inputs bridged and vol's at halfway, the JTM45 through 2 G12H30's was taking on and probably winning against a room of 4x12's with big gainy amps.

I thought the EVH cabs had G12EVH's which are the same or very close to a greenback, not a heritage?jeremyb wrote:The EVH cabs have them which is a glowing endorsement I reckon.Capt. Black wrote:Aren't they just great speakers? They make any amp sound awesome I reckon,TmcB wrote:2 G12H30's

No. The EVH 4x12" has G12EVH, which I imagine will be a Greenback variant. EVH 2x12" has G12H30.
