So Howlin' Wolf had some pretty big digits as did Albert King and they had some righteous tones.
Angus Young has little girlie hands but I likes his tones!

Ive often thought whether having skinnier fingers predisposed you to having a more 'trebley' tone - Brian May & Steve Vai being a couple of good examples. Thoughts? In that context that would imply that people with bigger/fatter fingers would have a rounder, darker tone. Thoughts?

Brian May's trebly tone came from his skinny digits, and not at all from his famously used treble booster... interesting!

No - I just thought we needed a break from this Katana hype - it was getting a bit boring.

Selling him a bit short aren't you?jvpp wrote: H371
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

What's the difference between a digit here or ther? Anyways, there is more tone in the 3 than in the 6!Slowy wrote:Selling him a bit short aren't you?jvpp wrote: H371

Ozzy said that when he was auditioning before he found Randy, lots of the candidates were trying to be Iommi clones. One of them went as far as having thimble type things on two of his fingers.griff7628 wrote:I like the tone mr slip on fingers Tony Iommi can get. Actually, he's my hero.
