Eye of Horus not so well :( (RESOLVED)
Hi all
Just received this and it's had a rough journey
Boxed well
But the insides have moved
Made contact with the seller and process of sorting out is under way
Watch this space as NZ post try to wiggle out of it

Re: Eye of Horus not so well :(
so sorry to hear this. One thing that might throw a spanner in the works is that when using the NZ Post service (Not their courier service) they only insure up to $450. I hope you can get a satisfactory solution.

Dang, must've been dropped pretty hard on it's side!

Dropped from high up by the looks of it, transformer has come free from its base !
Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Oldie. You need a Fastway account. Cheap-as for bringing gear in. $2k ins.

Hopefully $450 would cover a repair?AiRdAd wrote:so sorry to hear this. One thing that might throw a spanner in the works is that when using the NZ Post service (Not their courier service) they only insure up to $450. I hope you can get a satisfactory solution.

Re: Eye of Horus not so well :(
I'm moving house tomorrow so will be busy this weekend but if you want I'll take a look at it after that. Looks to be a fairly easy repair if the transformer windings are intact.
