NGD • Tokai LS135Q
Just spent some time setting it up and it's now playing and sounding great. Raised the action a bit and replaced the bridge, tailpiece & studs, also dropped on some old pickup covers. Really impressed with the build quality, can't find fault with anything and the matte/nitro finish is also to my liking. Quick couple of photos taken in low light
I'll take a few more when the sun's out

Don't know if it's wise posting those pics on a public forum... perhaps keep an eye out for a skinny bald guy wearing a leather jacket and a Gibson t-shirt, he may be coming after you (you were warned, after all).
Aside from that, it's bloody stunning.

Tokai Japan build quality is up there with everyone else's custom shop I reckon. I've never met a bad one.
Quilt has no place in this house but that looks like it plays and sounds great.

Something about the quilt pattern makes me feel queasy. Nothing against flames, just quilt... inexplicably. I'm sure it plays and sounds great though!

Needs one of those $9k relic jobs. Then it'd be authentic.
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.
