Under the 'Just One More' rule, this is the next one in my sights. :D

Is the top one a Silverburst? Is that how they age?

If I had a dream about arriving at the Pearly Gates and being handed a perfect Lester, that P90 Custom is what it would look like!

That guitar gives me that 'oh lordy' feeling in my stomach. That momentary clench of desire and admiration. Love that thing. Cool as ....

I couldn't really fault the 335-style Eastman I tried. The pickguard maybe. It was poorly finished and a poor fit. No idea how they hold-up long-term. When we see PRS factory tours where the necks take weeks to make because of the emphasis on repeatedly letting the wood settle in order to ensure stability, you have to wonder about other manufacturers' efforts. It's not something you can see in the finished product. Just something you experience through use.

They’re quite smart in a way since they always change the specs a little bit (ebony board, maple neck etc) to avoid a direct head-on with the respective Gibson models. But a Gibson is a Gibson.

Anyway mine’s getting delivered tomorrow, will report back.
