Any Digital Fix Wizards Around?
My Digitec Trio+ has thrown a hissy fit. When powered up, it's supposed to cycle through whatever it cycles through. This involves a sequence of flashing lights after which it's ready to go.
Power mine up and every light (and there's a lot of them) comes on and stays on. Nothing else happens. Guitar signal still passes through but the pedal doesn't respond to any input at all.
Yes, I have done the factory reset procedure; nothing.
I have tried with and without the SD card installed.
I have emailed Digitec but I suspect that won't amount to anything.
Where to go from here?

Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Tried a different power source?

Different power supply, then quietly cry about the disposability of modern luxury items.

Might be worth trying a new sd card too.

This is a good thing to check. I had a pedal I thought was faulty, but it just wanted its own power supply even though there should have been plenty of juice available in the set up. Gave it a separate power supply and it was fine.
They keep telling me tone is in the fingers, but I have yet to see a "look at my fingers" thread.

Re: Any Digital Fix Wizards Around?
This is not an uncommon issue, sometimes the PSUs that come with pedals are cheap and noisy, its like they put no effort into it, probably expecting most people will leave then in the box and use a proper isolated supply, but....

Because of your excellent observation, I checked. I'm smarter than I realised because I was using the box candy wall wart.
Will still do a pedalboard power test but I'm not hopeful.
I'm sure I have a 9v 800ma lurking around here somewhere

I have the same thing with my Oceans 12 reverb. Should be fine running off my power supply, but it'll crash on some settings. Totally fine running on its own power supply though – fortunately it came with its own wall wart.
