Don't think any little tranny amp would keep up with the Vox, but they are great for lugging to the beach etc.

Nice buy, I second what BG says, they are great little practice/go anywhere amps (and damn loud for a little fella), and if you can get a really cheap little EQ pedal - Dano or Bheringer - you can get a little more clean out of them. Mine doesn't like my high output Dearmond pups it distorts early, ...

Thanks, i'll check it out tomorrow, I am looking for that classic fender spring sound, and have never used a verb pedal other the the Dano.
