Re: Amp gurus, are these step-down transformers ok?

Its the new PS-100. I emailed my supplier and he in turn emailed Steve Fryette about it. He said it cannot be changed internally to 240v in America, (not sure if that means it cannot be done here in NZ though..) So looks like I'm gonna have to buy one. Can't be arsed waiting for them to send one ov...

Re: Amp gurus, are these step-down transformers ok?

Are you sure the trannys in the Power Station don’t have taps for 230V ?

I’ve had a local tech rewire a couple of VHT/Fryette’s.

Re: Going analog - recommend chorus and tremolo

To be fair I think Andy Summers used both flange and chorus, hard to tell which was which as he never used the airplane whoosh flanger sound. EHX Electric Mistress and Boss CE-1 chorus back in the old days, in the modern era I believe he's using a Red Witch Chorus as well as a G2D overdrive and 10 ...

Have been tempted to get one of those, but no external switching has put me off.
I'm also keen for the Diezel VH4-2. That one has remote switching.
Anyone see the VH2 head on TM?
Pulled before auction expired.
Sold on the bookface perhaps
