Yeah, I've seen both of the "how to string a u-bass" videos from kala and neither of them show you how to put the strings through the bridge. There's nothing on the end, so I can only guess you put the string through then tie a knot on the underside somehow. All the rest is some complicate...

Hi all... I have a Kala Rumbler U-bass and a pack of Aquila Silver Rumbler strings... anyone know a good place to get them put on? Asked at Alastair's music but they have no experience with U-bass...

Truss rod is an anagram of "rod's rust "...

Might be time for this thing to become a decorative item.

Weirdly, the damp environment was indoors. The roof of the place that came from was like swiss cheese....

There's been some kind of serious wood movement going on here, If I put a ruler flat across the back, I can make it sit flat on one side, but the other side will have about 1 cm gap.

Thread dredge.... the Burns is back. Was strolling past the still-ongoing renovation project ( Yes, three years later. I've got a feeling my ex-landlord's organisational skills are not the greatest...), and the burns had been thrown in the skip. So I'm taking that as a sign they don't want it. Free ...
