I used him once, a few years a go I had a MT-2 modded from him lol from memory it only had one sound after when I got it back. But a 2nd time asked a question about a TS808 clone he had up on Trademe & I asked if it sounded exactly like a TS808 which he said it does, then he called me a dreamer ...

And to summarize, my Godin sustains forever and a day. Bolt in neck but real deal mahogany. My Epi sustains like a mofo, and it's an Epi. Actually I went to the Rockshop at lunchtime to have a hoon on a Mini Recto and the guy gave me a Gibby Standard to play. It was really hard to decide if I liked...

Didn't start caring about tone until I had jammed with various people & discovered things I like about their tone more than mine. Then I started looking at gear to improve it & through trial an error I have discovered what I like, for the most part, or for now
