Got a shipment of them in yesterday :D Really impressed so far. Doesn't have the headroom of the regular LB, but IMHO the clean is sweeter, and there's also a more natural break-up to it when you push it. What's the volume like? Could you still gig with it? The lunchbox and m9 is portable sweetness...

I had one, it was awful. Got it for $20, sold it to Cash Converters for $25. Score!

The Rocktron is fine at low volumes, that's the beauty of a solid state amp. The velocity 100 is the same as the 300 with less watts and no reactance and definition knobs (which are essential in my opinion). The 22 caliber is a power amp but it'll break up once you get past a certain volume. I'm not...

+1 on the Rocktron velocity. Cheap and good. The reactance and presence dials are awesome for dialing in 'tubey' goodness at any volume. +1 on the pod. You should be able to pick up a deal on trademe, especially with the new one being released. I got an xt bean/footswitch/carry bag for $300 not too long ago and this was before the new one was out.
