Re: Jam Track Central/Guitar Noize Blues Solo Comp.
That's kind of the point of practicing with metronome:) Cheers for listening dude I still approach the metro as a rigid thing - all about cost vs reward etc but I do agree with what I think you are saying - I tend to work on new ideas with no metronome until I find something that doesn't fit under ...

Re: Show Us Your Guitar
Mr Jackson looks well worn in :D White Aria... Mini toggle = tap? Do you use it? I have a HSS strat, didn't like the sound of the HB coil tap on mine tho I do for a different clean sound but mostly it's good ol' 4th position on the switch for me. The most annoying thing about the cheap gats is the ...

Re: Home Studio Queries
I use BFD and sequence all my stuff, I would also go for an Edrum kit because there is no way I can afford all the peripherals (mics etc) required to make a real kit sound good. I think metal benefits from programming in terms of being able to knock out a drum track really quickly when in real life ...

Here are my fail axes: http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4102/4876915765_1ccd2314ea.jpg Has had a very hard life, it's been used as a practice hack for students in my years teaching and it's still my main guitar. I have tried lots of different wiring configs including tapping the neck humbucker but it'...

Re: Floyd Rose opinions
I have a floyd on my jackson that had a really crap screw in arm attachment - cheap knockoff I guess but it's been fucked for the last 8 years and the last time it was used was on http://soundclick.com/share?songid=1652740 but I had a philips screwdriver hanging out of it cos I couldn't find the bar...
