Doing a hand dyed poor man's burst is very tricky. I have done it, but it took a lot of repeat work to get right. If you want the burst, try this technique. First grain fill. Twice. Then sand to 320 - 400. Start with three layers of clear nitro. Tint some nitro with a spirit based dye of your choice...

Perhaps the clean channel buzz is interference. But the feedback issue happens at at least one other location and doesn't seem like interference.

My amp makes a lot of noise and has uncontrollable feedback, and I would like some help diagnosing the problem. I have a mesa maverick 1 x 12 dual rectifier combo.
