Not sure yet, I'm at work until 8pm, so I won't be able to do anything till later. I'm thinking it will be the earth, need to solder the copper etc..... Actually I'd say it would be a number of things, might have to visit some of my solder points

Back on track.. :wink: 1. Have you soldered all the pieces of copper foil together? Otherwise there's no shield. 2. Is there an Earth wire connected to the foil? 3. If I was going to that much trouble, I would have lined the back of the pickguard and made sure it connected to the body shield. Easie...
