It was a business decision ... Realtone was just starting up, and the business needed feeding :lol:
I sold a few gats at that time, Peavey Wolfgang, Jem7VWH, R7, plus the AC30 :?

did you try a 2001 model goldtop to compare the 2 ??? It just reaffirms to me that the label "reissue" is a joke or is that they are "fakes" :lol: :lol: :lol:....and also that buying secondhand is a really good option for added mo"tone" and also that guitars should never be stored and not played by "collectors" ...

Rob, that pickguard you have is an Allparts 1 ply 5 hole. Most of the 'Realtone' Import screw spacing pickguards have now been phased out in preference to the USA/Mex screw spacing Allparts pickguards. :)

4985 is linear taper 250k.
If they are Allparts CTS, 0085 will be Audio Taper 250k. 0086 is Audio 500k, 4986 is linear 500k :)
