It’s a Fralin hot Tele. Sounds great and very versatile with use of tone and volume controls. With a parametric EQ (Eventide H90) it kicks arse like a humbucker.

But it's natural wood stained, so it's not a different "colour" as such. That's what I'm telling myself anyway... It is a good thing to tell yourself. :D I'm in awe of Fano's ability to take what looks like a chunk out of Grandma's sideboard and turn it into a hauntingly incredible guitar...
