Here's another of my grandfathers guitars, one of the earliest bass guitars made by Guyatone. Unaware of it ever being polished with a compound. The cracks only started within the last 5 years.
I'd never sell it as it has too much sentimental value to me, but any idea of what it's worth?

One of my grandfather's guitars, his first guitar, a hofner archtop from 1956 is starting to weather.. It still plays nice but has what I believe is lacquer cracking on both the front and back.
