Was just showing what was underneath the white. There were three finishes to remove.

That paint job preceded my ownership but I still think I'd have removed it even if the previous owner hadn't.

Shame to cover over that really nice grain. A translucent finish would've been nice. Looks like a nice job, and very smooth considering what you say about the aerosols producing orange peel.
