Nice guitar.. sometimes the mods, hacks and buggerisation add to the mojo.Just cos its original doesn't always make it better..more 'valuable' but not necessary better.. I like it!

Yeah - I do enjoy pulling these things apart and examining/cleaning fiddling etc..it was also broken across the bottom of the control knob cavity-snapped clean off.. I got it off a guy who bought it off his mate for....wait or it $40!!!!! His mate got it from.....THE TIP !!!! The guy didn't have any...

Old 1975 Tele Custom definately a bit worse for wear but original pickups and tuners..

I think I'm going to try the Tumnus only cos of the small footprint on the pedalboard - has anyone got one of those going before I ping the one on trade me?

So was told there were elixer strings for sale on this website for $7nzd plus shipping...
Distributor cost is way more than that so out of curiosity we ordered a dozen sets.
They are chinese fakes! (not surprised) - not even coated.
