how much for a loop? Not really worth it, if you only want it to switch on two effects at once. As TMG said, it isn't difficult to switch on two effects one at a time anyway. Never done it commercially but I once (about 6 years ago) built every fuzz pedal I could find a schematic for - still hjave about 6 of them kicking about. Amazing the variety of sounds you could get.
