Nah we played at the tattoo festival yesterday. You might be thinking of The Lounge Apes doing that grunge show

Re: Our new EP is out!

I enjoyed! The song with the ska feel going was catchy. Overall sound is polished. Where was the recording done? Thanks man. Yeah we tracked at home and sent via email to Scott Seabright for the magic touches. He's a wizard. Did a lot of Alien Weaponrys stuff too! The snare is a sample I think caus...

Thanks Reg!
Mine was a mixture of Kemper and loadbox with my amp. Hamishs was a 57 on his quad for all of them except Urgency

Our new EP is out!

Hey dudes and dudettes. If you have a chance, give our new EP a play through and tell me what ya think. We're quite proud of it. I think the songs convey a lot of emotion which is what I love in music. So that makes them a blast to play. We originally mixed and mastered ourselves but it wasnt really...

Re: Fender joins the multi-effects and modelling world!

I like the UX on the Fender thing. It looks nice and consistent, and fairly easy to tweak on the board. Not convinced about the sounds though. I have had a listen on multiple headphones and monitors. None of the demos I have listened to made me want to even consider one. Just to be sure, I hunted d...

Re: NDID... and going direct

I do both depending on the band or gig. Kemper direct is marvelous with IEMs and I don't have ringing ears after. Amp and cab for the punk band I'm in because, ya know, punk! Nothing beats that sound on stage but I still have a good time with the kemper

Re: The Kemper Thread

I’ve had a bit of a play with it today, on my existing favourite profiles. Very cool. Profiles you made? God no! I did that originally when I got the kemper in 2013, with decent results. But the professional offerings are just so good (I use tonejunkie) Yeah I'm the same. I use Bighairyprofiles. Al...

As much as I like JBs answer, I'll give you the proper one.
They've digitally recreated tonestacks and circuits for a heap of amps so that when you adjust the gain, B M T etc on a profile, it reacts realistically to how an amp actually would. Or something like that
