I didn't have a preference until I got a Robin Trower Strat on a trade, with the bigger headstock. I took a liking to it, and didn't think it looked too out of proportion.

Is it a Gibson cardigan ? If it's anything like their t-shirts, I don't want one. The sleeves are too short and tight. Like it's large everywhere else, and medium on the sleeves. Looking at the present and future guitarists, I'll stick with the past thanks. Audible dreck, 90% of it. Although there still seems to be a plethora of youngsters on YouTube playing Sabbath and Zeppelin material, so maybe there is hope. I'll fetch my cardigan. Is it a Gibson cardigan ? If it's anyt...

How do you string your guitars? In my experience it's always the nut. My '68 custom RI stayed in tune forever, but a few slots were cut too low. I had a bone nut put in, and the stability went comically backwards, which led to some anger towards the "luthier" who did it. I put a graph tech...
