Re: Live & Incubus

When people ask what my favourite band is I say Live, at least up until V. Always wanted to see them but never thought I would. I had 2 tickets for the show but suddenly came down with the worst food poisoning I've ever had. No idea what caused it. Still feeling shite. I was able to give away one t...

Re: Live & Incubus

I went to the LIVE gig at the north shore event centre I think back in 2001. That was incredible and I can still very well remember that gig. My friend who I went with back in the days, went with his wife last night and to his surprise no one was jumping. Guess the same crowd back then are too old ...

Re: The Police

I can't believe Fergie from Black eyed pees would open for the police in western springs. I remember she had horrifying wardrobe malfunction on stage that something I would never forget haha. The police were fantastic that night they pretty much nailed all the hits. I was mesmerized by Stewart Copel...

Re: Iron Maiden 2024

I saw Maiden back in 2005 somewhere in a middle of a desert in UAE. It was such an unforgettable experience bloody amazing. I'd like to keep that memory of Maiden and can't see any reason to see them again especially their new albums seem to be overly produced and solos are exaggerated and repetitiv...

Re: NAD - Mesa Mark III Green Stripe

What a fantastic story sounded like a glimpse from a dream. My dream is to go to Japan and try their used gibson les paul customs since we don't have many to try here.

Re: Fake identification

Hi all, I have a Fender Japan strat and I have small doubts about how original it is. Has a G serial on the neck, I think plays and sounds like a .. 1987 Fender Japan but on the neck connection has too much writing and a stamp that appears like Jan 22 1990 even if the serial number indicates a 1987...

Re: What's this guitar worth? Epiphone Tony Iommi

There's a Swedish band called Tribulation, one of the guitarists used to play mainly the Gibson LPC but in their recent music videos and live performances he has been playing that exact Epiphone Tony Iommi. Great band by the way worth the listen. Except his has the binding and the full inlays. yeah...

Sounds reasonable especially if you'll end up playing and having fun with this thing

Re: Effect of changing room temperature on guitars - at home?

Few years ago I installed HRV system in the house. Since then I don't setup my guitar as often as I used to... certainly helps with humidity and temp control. I think Cost me around $3500 at the time but worth it in the long run. I always keep my guitar in the case after playing. I personally wouldn...
