Finally got around to drilling the casing, my least fav job. (Well, that and labelling) Tried a few different opamps, settled on the TL072, but with the socket easy enough to swap. Bit warm to work outside, luckily found enough bits to make a Zendrive to fill a few hours this afternoon while enjoying a small breeze

My first amp was one of these, I even brought one again when I started playing again after a 20 yr break, mainly as I had no idea of what else to buy.

Heavy bloody amps, always remember carrying the 2x12 Chorus model too, seemed to make my arms longer..

I was filling in time before a network outage last night for work, so looked at some YT lessons of the solo... damn its long... gave up quickly...

Boosts really nicely with either a RAT or Crowther Hotcake. Might have to grab an SD-1 at some stage to see how that sounds.
