Re: Forums have been slow, how about a 'In the mail' thread?

But I also thought I'd swing by our favourite online RS... https://media.sweetwater.com/api/i/q-82__ha-6fed2a686c65f2c6__hmac-d3f7e14b8bf0...

Re: Home practice setup looks different to last century
I'm liking the Mackie big knob as a little hub; run the amp modeller into that, with either a phone playing songs/tracks/YT or a laptop playing ableton/songs/tracks/YT and a couple of headphone outs... and I can have the piano plugged in at the same time and just switch between for next time. Good f...

Re: New pedals of epicness
Clip, clipped out :) Quite an interesting piece of kit this one. First video doesn't show the difference between tracks and loops, but 3 mins or so into this one... you get the fairly logical demo of footswitching eaching of the tracks, then up/down into a preset for chorus/part change. NAF music. ...

Re: Fender American Original Series
I liked the Am Vintage Series tho'. Loved the vintage frets, neck radius, pups, finish etc, Was nice to think I could buy a vintage spec guitar (once in a blue moon). Disappointed that they've discontinued it. The Vintage Series gats will become harder to acquire. Bodes well if I hang onto my 2013 ...

Re: The Amplifire Thread
I can confirm it still requires it’s own PS and won’t power off a 500 mA Ojai (boo!) but sounds great! Cool to have reverb (and everything else) on a knob and amp-like. Haven’t tried it with pedals yet but deluxe, top boost, baseman and rumble all in fine form. Any idea what bitrate IR's this thing...
